All products are sourced from Moroccan artisans and shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada. All products are consolidated and items from different artisans always ship together.
We’re pleased to offer you free ground shipping on North American orders above $150 CAD* (approximately $120 USD)*. Flat rate shipping of $10 CAD is offered for orders that do not qualify for free shipping. Express shipping is offered within North America. Shipping charges are applied based on the weight and dimensions. You will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with your order. If you decide to refuse any shipments from AZARAN, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both the outbound and returned shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days pending stock levels. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed the following business day. If you have chosen a shipping method that provides tracking, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your parcel has been packed and shipped.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, AZARAN cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

AZARAN is not responsible for shipments shown as “delivered” in the tracking info. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package. If your building is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery.
If you are browsing in a currency other than CAD, the prices are set based on the daily market exchange rates. Because these amounts are approximate conversions from CAD and can fluctuate based on the exchange market, they might differ slightly from the total amount captured at check-out.
Taxes are charged based on the shipping address. Canadian orders will be charged provincial tax rates. US orders will not be charged sales tax but may be subject to customs charges and/or duties.
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges (excluding sale items) as long as the item has not been opened and still has the original tags and packaging. To initiate a return/exchange please email email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for opened skin and hair care products.
Please note, returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from order delivery. Our team will assign a return authorization number for your return/exchange and send the return/exchange information via email. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Vancouver studio (this includes shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes). We strongly recommend selecting tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as AZARAN is not responsible for any return/exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving the original item at our studio. Please allow 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your statement. AZARAN reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the return/exchange policy.
To return your bottles and receive a 20% discount on your next order, email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must send two AZARAN glass bottles to be eligible for our upcycling program. We then visually check all bottles received, make sure there are no defects for safety measures, deep clean, and repurpose.
Making sure your AZARAN doesn't end up in a landfill is our top priority. Our formulas are housed in gorgeous glass bottles that are upcycled along with our aluminum gold caps.
